Job Title: Assistant Manager

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Assistant Manager to join our team at Access Storage. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and ensuring the overall success of our storage facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage front desk operations, including confirming reservations, renting storage units, and collecting rental payments
  • Maintain property appearance by cleaning facilities daily and performing daily inspections of storage units
  • Travel between locations within a reasonable distance, requiring access to a reliable vehicle
  • Provide strong fluency in English, both written and spoken
  • Meet the requirements of a valid driving license

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience in Microsoft Office
