About the Role

As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for managing the front desk, confirming reservations, renting storage units, and presenting lease agreements. You will also be responsible for maintaining the property appearance by cleaning the facility daily and performing daily inspections of storage units to ensure they are clean, properly locked, and rent-ready.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage front desk operations, including confirming reservations and renting storage units
  • Present lease agreements and collect rental payments
  • Maintain property appearance by cleaning the facility daily
  • Perform daily inspections of storage units to ensure they are clean, properly locked, and rent-ready
  • Travel between locations within a reasonable distance, requiring access to a reliable vehicle
  • Strong fluency in English, both written and spoken

Requirements

  • Microsoft Office experience (1 year preferred)
  • Customer service experience (2 years preferred)
  • Sales experience (2 years preferred)
  • Valid driving license
