Department Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Department Supervisor to join our team at Real Canadian Superstore. As a Department Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and ensuring the smooth operation of our retail business.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of 11-15 sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Merchandise Management: Order and manage inventory, ensuring that our store is well-stocked and visually appealing.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to support business decisions.
- Training and Development: Hire, train, and develop sales associates to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or sales environment.
- Specialization: Experience in the green economy sector is an asset.
