Job Title: Product Implementation Specialist
Position Summary:
The Product Implementation Specialist plays a vital role at Trulioo, serving as the primary subject matter expert in their designated domain. They act as a liaison between client-facing teams and the Engineering department, offering advanced technical assistance to enterprise clients and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support developers integrating APIs and SDKs
- Become the SME for Trulioo's Platform and Services
- Diagnose and escalate application issues
- Create support Knowledge Base Articles
- Provide top-notch customer service
- Configure and troubleshoot Trulioo products
- Collaborate with various departments for continuous improvement
- Contribute to customer success initiatives
Requirements:
- Experience with RESTful APIs
- Proficiency in Javascript and Node
- Ability to troubleshoot web applications on mobile browsers
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Minimum of 3 years experience in SaaS applications
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience with training technical teams
- Familiarity with tools such as Grafana, JIRA, and Confluence
- Knowledge of compliance tools and services
- Degree in Computer Science/Engineering
- Startup experience
Compensation:
Annual Salary: $80,000—$90,000 CAD
