  • Inform guests about hotel amenities and services
  • Provide local area information and attractions
  • Handle foreign currency exchanges
  • Process guest departures, including billing and payments
  • Maintain accurate records of reservations and room assignments
  • Adhere to safety and emergency protocols
  • Perform clerical tasks such as faxing and filing
  • Answer phone calls and relay messages
  • Assist guests with special requirements
  • Make wake-up calls as requested
  • Carry out light cleaning duties
  • Deliver exceptional customer service
Technical Skills
  • Proficient in word processing software
  • Experience with computerized accounting systems
  • Familiarity with internet usage
Experience Requirements
  • 1 to 2 years in a call center or similar environment
