Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Hotel Front Desk Associate to join our team at 1032455 B.C. LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and ensuring a smooth guest experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Services: Register arriving guests, assign rooms, and process group arrivals and departures.
  • Front Desk Operations: Balance cash, complete balance sheets, and maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments.
  • Customer Service: Provide information on hotel facilities and services, answer telephone calls and relay messages, and assist clients/guests with special needs.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, provide customer service, and maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in word processing software, computerized bookkeeping systems, and internet applications.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Environment: Hotel, motel, or resort setting.
