Position Overview

Qualifications

Financial Responsibilities

Manage budgets ranging from $100,001 to $500,000.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and facilitate seminars, conferences, and related events.
  • Coordinate HR department activities to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Conduct training sessions for staff development.
  • Oversee payroll processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Manage recruitment and hiring processes for new staff.
  • Assess work environments and programs to mitigate risks and enhance safety.
Supervisory Duties

Responsible for supervising a team of 5-10 individuals.
