Airport Security Officer

As a Pre-Board Screening Officer with GardaWorld, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of the travelling public. Our team is dedicated to making the world a safer place, and we invite you to join us in this mission.
Key Responsibilities:- Screen travellers and their belongings to prevent non-permitted items from entering secure areas
- Control access to restricted areas and respond to alarms and incidents
- Participate in emergency operations within the airport and contribute to a safe and secure environment
- Canadian citizenship or permanent residency
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Clean criminal record and eligibility for RAIC security clearance
- 18 years of age or older
- English verbal and written proficiency
- Location near Iqaluit or willingness to relocate
