Position Overview

As a User Assistance Technician at Cellicon, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional support to our users facing technical challenges. Your expertise will ensure that our clients receive the assistance they need to navigate their technological hurdles effectively.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of a secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
Key Responsibilities
  • Address user inquiries and issues related to computer functionality.
  • Utilize user manuals, technical documentation, and other resources to identify and implement effective solutions.
  • Offer guidance and training to users based on their specific challenges.
  • Maintain a comprehensive log of problems and solutions for reference by fellow technical support analysts.
  • Engage in the enhancement of applications and software systems.
  • Oversee the activities of other technical support personnel within the team.
  • Deliver support for business systems, networks, and internet-related issues.
  • Facilitate the setup of equipment for employee use, ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, and relevant software.
  • Provide excellent customer service to all users.
  • Manage the repair or replacement of faulty telephone equipment.
  • Install, configure, and maintain telephone systems, wiring, and associated hardware.
