Job Summary

Voyis is seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our supply chain operations, you will be responsible for purchasing system components and consumables for manufacturing, coordinating deliveries with suppliers, and ensuring delivery deadlines are met.

About the Role

As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Supervising, coordinating, and reviewing materials handling activities, including shipping, receiving, storing, distributing, and maintaining inventories of materials, parts, and products.
  • Planning and coordinating company purchasing activities, including quoting, processing purchasing transactions, and scheduling transportation.
  • Ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, safety and security standards, and regulations in all supply chain activities.
  • Resolving various problems relating to the supply chain and implementing corrective measures and process improvements.
  • Utilizing the ERP computer system to plan and document all supply chain and material handling activities.
  • Supporting the Production team with inventory management, transfers, adjustments, and cyclical inventory counts.
  • Coordinating outbound and inbound shipments to and from destinations worldwide, including providing required customs documentation.
  • Assisting accounting with cost reconciliation and maintaining process documentation for purchasing, logistics, and inventory management.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years of experience in a supply chain operations role, including purchasing, logistics, or inventory management.
  • Post-secondary education in purchasing, supply chain, operations, business, or a similar field.
  • Experience with Netsuite ERP system.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a track record of flawless execution of assigned tasks.
  • A positive attitude and the ability to inspire, encourage, and collaborate with your team.

We are looking for candidates with:

  • Fluent Cantonese or Mandarin language skills to communicate with suppliers.
  • ASCM certifications in Procurement or Warehousing.
  • Hands-on experience with hardware or electrical assembly.
  • A passion for underwater discovery and robotics.
