Breakfast Cook

We are seeking a skilled Breakfast Cook to join our team at Stacked Pancake & Breakfast House. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation and Cooking: Requisition food and kitchen supplies, prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, and prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances.
- Kitchen Management: Inspect kitchens and food service areas, train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, and maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
- Supervision and Leadership: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, and manage kitchen operations to ensure efficient and safe food preparation and service.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by ensuring that all dishes are prepared to a high standard and presented in a clean and appealing manner.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
Our kitchen is a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and physical stamina are essential. You will be working in a team environment and will be required to maintain a high level of organization and reliability.
