We are seeking a skilled Breakfast Cook to join our team at Stacked Pancake & Breakfast House. As a Breakfast Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods for our customers.
Responsibilities:- Requisition food and kitchen supplies to ensure a well-stocked kitchen.
- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet customer demands.
- Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, ensuring their safety and satisfaction.
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food to ensure consistency and quality.
- Order supplies and equipment to maintain a well-stocked kitchen.
- Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure efficient and effective kitchen operations.
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to optimize kitchen operations.
- Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Manage kitchen operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Attention to detail, fast-paced environment, physically demanding, and repetitive tasks.
- Dependability, judgement, organized, reliability, team player, and time management skills.
Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and physical demands are essential. As a Breakfast Cook, you will work in a team environment, interacting with customers and colleagues to provide excellent service.
