Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes, including breakfast items, to a high standard.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and train kitchen staff and helpers to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
- Quality Control: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Supply Chain Management: Order supplies and equipment as needed to maintain a well-stocked kitchen.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Physical Demands: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Personal Qualities: Dependability, judgement, organized, reliability, team player, and time management skills.
