About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Pet Groomer to join our team at 2coms. As a Pet Groomer, you will be responsible for providing top-notch grooming services to our furry clients, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Bathing and Grooming: Clean and bathe pets, trim nails, clean ears, and brush coats to maintain their overall health and appearance.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and addressing concerns about pet care and grooming.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of pets treated, including their medical history and grooming needs.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication and efficient service delivery.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in pet grooming or a related field.
  • Certifications: Valid grooming certification is a strong asset.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift and handle pets, stand for extended periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.
What We Offer
  • Competitive Salary: $19.00 per hour, 30-40 hours per week.
