About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Pet Groomer to join our team at Dog World Resort & Spa Inc. as a key member of our animal care team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Bathe and shampoo animals with attention to detail and a focus on cleanliness.
  • Clip and style animal coats to ensure a professional finish.
  • Clean and disinfect animal enclosures, cages, and equipment to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
  • Keep accurate records of animals treated and their care.
  • Clean animal ears and clip nails to prevent health issues.
  • Perform dental cleaning on domestic animals to maintain their oral health.
Work Environment

As a Pet Groomer at Dog World Resort & Spa Inc., you will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on providing exceptional care to our furry clients.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in animal care or a related field.
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment with heavy loads and standing for extended periods.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Client focus, judgement, and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 45 kg (100 lbs) and work in a team environment.
