About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Meat Processing Specialist to join our team at TSM Foods Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and prepare meats for processing or cutting, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
  • Cut and trim carcasses, sides, and quarters to produce standard cuts of meat.
  • Wrap and package prepared meats for distribution to our customers.
  • Remove bones from meat and cut poultry into parts as required.
  • Grind meats and prepare special sausages to meet customer demands.
  • Prepare special orders and ensure timely delivery to our customers.
Work Environment

As a Meat Processing Specialist at TSM Foods Inc., you will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality and efficiency. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work under pressure to meet production deadlines.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience in a butcher shop or related industry is an asset.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and maintain accurate records.
  • Excellent attention to detail and hand-eye coordination.
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
