As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our office operations, including answering telephone calls, responding to electronic enquiries, and providing customer service.
  • Office Management: Assist with the planning and organization of daily operations, including setting up and maintaining manual and computerized information filing systems, and performing data entry.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, staff, and other stakeholders, including scheduling and confirming appointments, and relaying telephone calls and messages.
