We are seeking a highly skilled Catering Service Manager to join our team at CHETAN CATERING AND TAKEOUT LTD. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our catering service, ensuring seamless execution of events, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management: Evaluate daily operations, monitor revenues, and plan and organize daily activities to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Staff Supervision: Recruit, train, and supervise staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional service.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that all necessary products and supplies are available when needed.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Event Management: Manage events, including negotiating with clients, planning logistics, and ensuring that all details are executed flawlessly.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
