About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Aide to join our team at Dr. Ramadan Elsugy Medicine Profes. As a Personal Support Aide, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and dignity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Personal Care: Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and other aspects of personal hygiene, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Medication Administration: Safely administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals, ensuring accurate dosages and adherence to treatment plans.
  • Household Management: Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, maintaining a safe and comfortable living environment for clients.
  • Companionship: Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, helping to alleviate feelings of loneliness and isolation.
  • Meal Preparation: Prepare and serve nutritious meals, taking into account clients' dietary needs and preferences.
  • Light Exercise: Assist clients with regular exercise, such as walking, to promote physical mobility and overall health.
  • Laundry and Linen Management: Launder clothing and household linens, ensuring clients have clean and comfortable living conditions.
  • Errands and Shopping: Assist clients with shopping for food and household supplies, helping to maintain their independence.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Schedule: 30 hours per week.
