About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Personal Support Worker to join our team at Ravneet Kanda. As a Personal Support Worker, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer bedside and personal care to clients, ensuring their dignity and comfort at all times.
  • Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and other aspects of personal hygiene.
  • Prepare and serve meals, as well as assist with feeding and hydration.
  • Provide companionship and engage clients in activities that promote their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Monitor and report any changes in client condition to our team.
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • CPR and First Aid certification.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Reliability, flexibility, and a patient demeanor.
