Position Overview

The Retail Operations Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily activities of our retail establishment. This position requires a strong leader who can effectively manage a team while ensuring excellent customer service and operational efficiency.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
Key Responsibilities
  • Delegate tasks to sales associates to optimize workflow.
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff to enhance team performance.
  • Authorize merchandise returns in accordance with company policy.
  • Create and manage employee work schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
  • Engage in direct sales activities to drive revenue.
  • Compile and analyze reports related to sales performance, inventory management, and staffing issues.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and supply chain challenges.
  • Maintain and organize inventory to ensure product availability.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of team members to achieve operational goals.
