Your Responsibilities:
  • Lead with Excellence: Motivate and guide your team to achieve peak performance, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Guest Satisfaction is Paramount: Ensure all Front Office team members provide outstanding customer service, exceeding guest expectations at every interaction.
  • Operational Efficiency: Implement and enforce Front Desk procedures, ensuring smooth operations for the entire hotel.
  • Problem-Solving Champion: Address guest concerns promptly and professionally, resolving issues effectively and diplomatically.
  • Team Development: Provide training and coaching to your team, upholding Coast Hotels' standards and fostering professional growth.
  • Collaboration is Key: Build strong relationships with other departments, ensuring seamless communication and a cohesive hotel experience.
  • Safety First: Maintain awareness of fire safety protocols and assist in emergency situations, prioritizing the well-being of guests and staff.
Your Skills and Experience:
  • Secondary School Diploma; Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hospitality is an asset.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a hotel leadership role.
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Property Management Systems (PMS).
  • Commitment to Coast Hotels' core values of accountability, integrity, and guest satisfaction.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and some overnight hours.
