About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Information Technology Support Specialist to join our team at Khalsa IT Services. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients and ensuring that their IT needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Respond to user inquiries and provide timely and effective solutions to technical issues related to computer systems, software, and network infrastructure.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve complex technical problems, often involving multiple systems and software applications.
  • Documentation and Knowledge Management: Maintain accurate and detailed records of technical issues, solutions, and knowledge base articles to ensure that information is readily available for future reference.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including developers, project managers, and other technical support analysts, to ensure seamless communication and coordination of technical efforts.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies, trends, and best practices in the IT industry to continuously improve technical skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent in a related field, such as computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in a similar industry or environment.
  • Language: Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week, with flexibility to work overtime as needed to meet business demands.
