About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Equipment Operator to join our team at MS Bassi Construction Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for safely operating heavy equipment and machinery to support our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Equipment Operation: Operate a variety of heavy equipment and machinery, including cranes, excavators, and bulldozers, to load, unload, and transport construction materials.
  • Site Safety: Ensure a safe working environment by following all safety protocols and procedures, and reporting any hazards or incidents to management.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks on equipment to ensure optimal performance and extend its lifespan.
  • Support for Newcomers and Refugees: Assist in supporting newcomers and refugees who are displaced by conflict or natural disasters, and help them to integrate into our team.
  • Training and Development: Participate in on-the-job training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
