About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Equipment Operator to join our team at MS Bassi Construction Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of our construction equipment, including cranes, excavators, and other heavy machinery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Equipment Operation: Operate a variety of construction equipment, including cranes, excavators, and other heavy machinery, to load, unload, and transport materials and equipment.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment to ensure optimal performance and extend equipment lifespan.
  • Site Safety: Ensure a safe working environment by following all safety protocols and procedures, and reporting any hazards or incidents to management.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge in equipment operation and maintenance.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: Will train
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week

  • Recruitment: Recruit newcomers and/or refugees who were displaced by a conflict or a natural disaster.
  • Foreign Credential Recognition: Support newcomers and/or refugees with foreign credential recognition.
