About the Role

Baan Lao Holdings Limited is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including opening and distributing mail, managing office supplies, and maintaining inventory.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Data Management: Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel, itineraries, and make reservations as needed.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients.
  • Bookkeeping: Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including data entry and record-keeping.
Requirements
  • Education: College or CEGEP diploma.
  • Experience: Experience in an administrative role is an asset.
  • Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to multitask, and proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
