Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to our staff, including preparing and maintaining records, coordinating travel arrangements, and managing office supplies.
- Office Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our office, including managing our inventory, coordinating maintenance and repairs, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Communication: Serve as a liaison between our staff and external vendors, clients, and partners, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring timely responses to inquiries.
- Project Coordination: Assist in the planning and coordination of projects, including preparing meeting materials, coordinating logistics, and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of our operating budget, manage our inventory and budgetary controls, and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Work Environment: Private sector.
