Cleaning Supervisor Job Description

Nostance Cleaners Inc is seeking a skilled Cleaning Supervisor to join our team. As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the activities of our cleaning staff and ensuring that our facilities meet the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of cleaning staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
  • Inspect facilities to identify areas that require additional cleaning or maintenance.
  • Develop and implement cleaning schedules to ensure that all areas are cleaned regularly.
  • Assist in the training of new cleaning staff to ensure they understand our cleaning standards and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that cleaning operations are integrated with other facility management activities.
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a cleaning or facilities management role.
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
