Position Overview

As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in overseeing inventory management and ensuring operational efficiency within our organization.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in a related field
Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate activities with various departments to enhance workflow
  • Prepare and submit comprehensive reports on inventory status
  • Ensure the seamless operation of all computer systems and machinery
  • Organize maintenance and repair tasks as necessary
  • Address work-related issues, offering technical guidance and suggesting improvements to boost productivity and quality
  • Provide training to employees on their roles and company policies
  • Facilitate training sessions for staff development
  • Conduct performance evaluations to assess employee progress
  • Establish effective work schedules and procedures
Supervisory Responsibilities
  • Oversee a team of 16-20 individuals
  • Manage a larger team of more than 20 individuals
Technical Proficiency
  • Familiarity with inventory control software
  • Proficient in purchasing software
  • Experience with MS Access, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word
Safety and Security
  • Completion of a criminal record check is required
Work Environment
  • Fast-paced and dynamic work setting
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Capable of handling heavy loads with attention to detail
Weight Handling
  • Ability to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs)
