Restaurant Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Domino's Pizza. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food is prepared to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Supervise and manage a team of staff in various areas of responsibility, including food preparation, customer service, and inventory management.
  • Operations and Logistics: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, including inventory management, supply chain management, and health and safety regulations.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, address customer complaints or concerns, and participate in marketing plans and implementation.
  • Inventory and Supply Chain Management: Organize and maintain inventory, negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies, and ensure that our restaurant is well-stocked and equipped to meet customer demand.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Accurate, client focus, flexibility, organized, reliability, team player, and work term: permanent.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks and attention to detail.
  • Physical Demands: Combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods.
