We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Associate Director of Sales to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living. As a leader in senior care for over 30 years, we are committed to providing exceptional service and support to our residents and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Support and assist the Sales & Marketing team in achieving the Community's sales and revenue goals.
  2. Manage the community's sales & marketing database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  3. Maintain and update sales collateral, ensuring it is current and effective.
  4. Coordinate and obtain all required move-in paperwork, preparing the resident's Administrative file.
  5. Conduct resident orientations, ensuring a smooth and successful transition to their new home at Sunrise.
  6. May include conducting presentations with customers, showcasing the benefits and amenities of our community.
Qualifications:
  1. One (1) year experience in a sales administrative support role, preferably in the senior care industry.
  2. Previous customer service experience, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Ability to handle multiple priorities, working in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Possess excellent organizational and time management skills, with a focus on attention to detail.
  5. Demonstrate good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
  6. Competent in computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel).
  7. The ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
