Associate Director of Sales

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a highly motivated and organized Associate Director of Sales to support our Sales & Marketing team in achieving the Community's sales and revenue goals. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting the Director of Sales in managing the community's sales & marketing database, maintaining sales collateral, and coordinating move-in paperwork.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Director of Sales in managing the community's sales & marketing database
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales collateral
  • Coordinate and obtain all required move-in paperwork
  • Prepare resident administrative files
  • Conduct resident orientations and ensure a smooth transition to their new home at Sunrise
  • May include conducting presentations with customers
Qualifications:
  • One year of experience in a sales administrative support role (preferred)
  • Previous customer service experience with demonstrated customer service skills
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and maintain a high level of organization
  • Excellent communication skills, including phone, written, and verbal skills
  • Competent in organizational and time management skills
  • Demonstrates good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Proficient in computer skills, Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel)
