Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Director of Sales in managing the community's sales & marketing database
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales collateral
  • Coordinate and obtain all required move-in paperwork and prepare resident administrative files
  • Provide exceptional customer service and communication skills, including phone, written, and verbal interactions
  • Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in senior living sales and marketing
Requirements:
  • One (1) year experience in a sales administrative support role (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel)
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
