Inventory Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Control Supervisor to join our team at Totals Inventory Professionals.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure efficient inventory management.
- Prepare and submit reports to track inventory levels and identify areas for improvement.
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to enhance productivity and product quality.
- Train workers in duties and policies to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Arrange training for staff to develop their skills and knowledge.
- Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Organize and maintain inventory to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
- Establish work schedules and procedures to optimize productivity and efficiency.
- 5-10 years of experience in inventory management or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Experience working in a team environment with minimal supervision.

Language:The primary language of work is English.
Work Schedule:40 hours per week, with occasional overtime as required.
