About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Trochu Gas & Snacks. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen operations and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning: Develop and implement menus that meet the tastes and preferences of our customers, while also ensuring profitability and efficiency.
  • Culinary Leadership: Supervise and train a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure they are meeting the highest standards of food preparation and presentation.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels of food, supplies, and equipment to minimize waste and optimize costs.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring that all food is served promptly and to the customer's satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 30 to 44 hours per week
