The Campaign Performance Specialist will be tasked with creating, automating, and overseeing the effectiveness of targeted multichannel marketing initiatives (acquisition, retention, transactional, etc.). This individual will utilize their extensive technical expertise in email marketing platforms, mobile alerts, and targeted advertising to integrate communications, while developing and automating various campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. They will also evaluate and analyze performance metrics to suggest ongoing enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

Primary Duties:

  • Design, program, and integrate targeted email, mobile alert, and advertising campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Configure automated targeted marketing initiatives within Salesforce Marketing Cloud (develop segmentation and control groups, create automated processes, emails, etc.).
  • Implement quality assurance measures to ensure flawless campaign execution.
  • Create simple and complex data extensions for multichannel CRM initiatives.
  • Manage data, segmentation, and communication lists in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Analyze, interpret, and present performance metrics based on CRM campaign data, providing insights and recommendations to enhance customer journey-based initiatives.
  • Ensure seamless data flow for error-free processing.
  • Collaborate on developing new dashboards for key marketing performance indicators.
  • Work with Research and Analytics teams to provide retrospective post-campaign analyses and actionable recommendations to the marketing leadership team, establish test plans, and optimize strategies.
  • Create complex queries & data extensions to facilitate personalized customer journeys.
Qualifications:

  • Deliver high-quality results within strict timelines.
  • Proficient in analysis tools: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Data Extensions, Salesforce Datorama, Google Analytics, Microsoft Suite, SharePoint, loyalty programs, SQL.
  • Experience with HTML and AMP scripting.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team.
  • Capacity to meet tight and evolving deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey performance results clearly to internal and external stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in commerce, computer science, or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or a comparable platform.
  • Solid understanding of CRM systems, data architecture, and integration principles.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate across teams and articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications (e.g., Email Specialist, Journey Builder Consultant) are advantageous.
  • Experience in retail, e-commerce, or consumer goods sectors preferred.
  • Bilingual in English and French.
