Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Professional to join our team at Max/Pro Tax Inc. as an Office Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities to ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Delegate work to office support staff to optimize productivity and workflow
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including coordinating and planning for office services
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Permanent employment with 35 to 40 hours per week
  • English language proficiency
