Job Title: Store Manager

Bétonel/Dulux, a PPG Company, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales and profit goals.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Achieve sales and profit goals by controlling expenses, managing working capital, inventory, and driving growth while optimizing net contribution.
  • Hire, lead, empower, and manage your team successfully by partnering with and mentoring team members.
  • Ensure that the exterior and interior of the store, including cleanliness and merchandising displays, meet Bétonel/Dulux standards.
Qualifications:
  • 1 or more years of experience in a retail store environment.
  • Previous retail management experience or outside sales experience preferred.
  • Availability to work flexible shifts and hours, with a minimum of 45 hours required per week.
