About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality improvement plans to enhance patient care and safety
  • Lead the development and management of quality metrics and reporting
  • Collaborate with clinical teams to identify and address quality improvement opportunities
  • Provide leadership and oversight to the quality and safety team
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and stakeholders to ensure best practices in quality improvement and safety
Requirements
  • Master's degree in healthcare or related field
  • 5-7 years of relevant hospital operations and management experience
  • 3 years of leading project management or change initiatives in a healthcare setting
  • Working knowledge of process improvement methodologies
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
