Educational Requirements: Completion of College/CEGEP or equivalent experience is essential.

Professional Experience: Candidates should possess between 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a legal environment.

Work Environment: This position is situated within a litigation-focused setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and confirm appointments efficiently.
  • Maintain an orderly filing system for legal documents.
  • Draft and input correspondence and legal documentation accurately.

Technical Proficiency:

  • Familiarity with PCLaw in the Cloud is required.
  • Experience with Dictaphone technology.
  • Proficient in MS Word and MS Outlook.

Relevant Experience: Candidates should have experience in handling correspondence and civil litigation matters.
