We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our team at Morad Law Group. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for planning, budgeting, and forecasting for our assigned portfolio.
You will also be responsible for monthly overviews of revenue and other recurring reporting, including financial and productivity trends presented to key stakeholders. Additionally, you will design and monitor KPIs and manage results with program leadership.
Other key responsibilities include leading strategic initiatives to increase demand and drive cost savings, such as price strategy optimization and standard costing. You will also be responsible for ad-hoc analysis to support key operational program decisions.
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will oversee and improve workflows and processes by identifying inefficiencies and risk areas. You will also collaborate with program leadership to establish multi-year business plans.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you will need a CPA designation and at least 5 years of experience in FP&A, including data manipulation, budgeting, and forecasting. Previous healthcare experience is also required.
You will be a strong communicator and team player, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. You will also be able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives.
Salary RangeThe salary range for this role is $85,000 - $95,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
