Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Little Caesars Pizza. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and service in our food service establishment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on a regular basis, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment.
  • Work Setting: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent oral communication skills, efficient interpersonal skills, and a team player attitude.
