Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Harnois Energies. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure efficient workflow
- Authorize return of merchandise and resolve customer complaints
- Establish work schedules and supervise activities of workers
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
- Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and efficient stockroom operations
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask
- Reliability, dependability, and a strong work ethic
Our retail store is a fast-paced environment where you will be working in a team to provide excellent customer service and drive sales growth. You will be required to work under pressure, handle heavy loads, and maintain attention to detail.
