Cloud Computing Solutions Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Computing Solutions Architect to join our team at Amazon. As a key member of our AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) team, you will be responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers.
As a Partner Solution Architect, you will have the opportunity to work with some of the world's best-known systems integrators (SIs) and technology partners to help them utilize cloud computing technologies. You will be part of the customer success team helping to establish Amazon Web Services (AWS) as the leading cloud computing platform.
Key Responsibilities- Provide architectural guidance and recommendations to promote and accelerate partner engagements worldwide.
- Ensure customer and partner success in designing, building, and migrating applications, software, and services on the AWS platform.
- Lead in-depth architectural discussions and design exercises to create world-class AWS solutions.
- Build deep relationships with senior technical individuals within customers and partners.
- Capture and share best-practice knowledge amongst the AWS solutions architect community.
- 10+ years of enterprise IT application work that includes at least 2 years of hands-on software development or DevOps engineering experience.
- 8+ years of technology solutions development and evangelising end-to-end technology roadmaps that guide IT transformations toward cloud computing experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Experience leading and growing teams of senior technology professionals, ideally in customer-facing roles.
