Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Pizza Hut. As a Food Counter Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including the kitchen, dining area, and restrooms.
  • Restock supplies and ingredients as needed.
  • Operate a cash register and process customer transactions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous food service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
Working Conditions

The Food Counter Attendant will work in a fast-paced environment with frequent customer interactions. The position requires standing for long periods of time, lifting up to 25 pounds, and working in a hot kitchen environment.

Language

The primary language spoken in this role is English.
