The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately proportioning cement, aggregates, water, and admixtures in batches to load into ready mix trucks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate batch plant equipment to produce high-quality concrete products.
  • Work closely with production, transportation, and dispatch departments to ensure timely and accurate material delivery.
  • Conduct daily inspections of facilities and complete maintenance and health and safety checklists.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and maintain accurate records.

Requirements:

  • At least 4 years of relevant experience in batch plant operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to use MARCOTTE and Command Alcon applications.
  • Experience operating heavy equipment, such as front-end loaders.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Aggregates plant experience.
  • 2 or more years of batch plant experience.
  • Maintenance experience.
