About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sports Coach to join our team at the Chinese Sports & Recreation Association. As a Sports Coach, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing training and practice sessions for our basketball team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and develop training and practice sessions to improve team performance
  • Implement and evaluate training programs to ensure effectiveness
  • Provide coaching and guidance to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Monitor and maintain a safe and healthy work environment
  • Collaborate with other coaches and staff to achieve team goals
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in coaching or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of basketball techniques and strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical stamina to keep up with the demands of coaching
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with a team of dedicated professionals. The work site is a non-smoking environment, and the work setting involves various locations.
