Job Summary

Kapow Sports And Entertainment Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sports Coach to join our team. As a key member of our coaching staff, you will be responsible for developing and executing training sessions and practice schedules, preparing athletes for competitions, and participating in coaching clinics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Training and Development: Design and implement comprehensive training programs to enhance athlete performance and achieve team goals.
  • Coaching and Mentoring: Provide guidance and support to athletes, focusing on skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
  • Event Planning: Coordinate logistics and arrangements for competitions, ensuring a smooth and successful experience for athletes and spectators.
  • Team Management: Collaborate with other coaches and staff to develop and implement team strategies, making adjustments as needed to achieve optimal results.
  • Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with athletes, parents, and other stakeholders, providing regular updates and feedback.
Requirements
  • Education: A degree in a relevant field, such as sports science, physical education, or a related field.
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in a coaching or training role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with athletes, parents, and other stakeholders.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
