About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sports Coach to join our team at Kapow Sports And Entertainment Inc. As a key member of our coaching staff, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing training and practice sessions for our athletes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coaching and Development: Plan, develop, and implement training and practice sessions to help athletes improve their skills and performance.
  • Motivation and Preparation: Motivate and prepare athletes or teams for competitive events or games, ensuring they are physically and mentally prepared.
  • Analysis and Evaluation: Analyze and evaluate athletes' or team's performance, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address them.
  • Prospecting and Recruitment: Observe and evaluate prospective athletes' skills and performance, identifying potential talent for our programs.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in a coaching or training role, preferably in a sports-related field.
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, but a strong understanding of sports coaching principles and practices is essential.
  • Work Environment: Our team works in an air-conditioned environment, with access to public transportation and a local sports club.
  • Work Setting: Our team operates in an urban area, with a focus on developing and delivering high-quality sports programs.
  • Physical Demands: This role requires a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with the ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Personal Qualities: We are looking for a dependable, organized, and reliable individual who is a team player and values ethics and integrity.
