Our facility is a well-established Long-term Care Site, offering a supportive environment for residents with diverse needs. We provide a range of services, including short-stay beds for community palliative care, respite, and convalescence, alongside a robust Adult Day program.
As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will engage with a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and deliver personalized nursing care to our clients. Your responsibilities will include administering medications as per established guidelines and providing comprehensive wound care treatment. You will also play a vital role in guiding our care staff and collaborating closely with Registered Nurses.
The scope of practice for the LPN is defined by the predictability of client outcomes, ensuring adherence to the competency guidelines set forth by the regulatory body. You will operate within the full scope of practice, complying with organizational policies and specific protocols.
This position is a PERMANENT PART TIME role, with a commitment of 0.70 FTE. Shifts will alternate between days and evenings, with scheduled hours from 06:45 to 14:15 and 14:45 to 22:15.
